Decaffeination process

Natural mountain water process using pure water. This method involves indirect, non-chemical decaffeination; the beans are steamed and prepared for the extraction process which uses a water-based saturated solution to remove caffeine while keeping the flavour compounds in place.

How to make guidelines (adjust to taste)

Filter

Use 60-70g of ground coffee per litre of water dependent on desired brew strength.

Cafetiere

Use 14g of coffee per 220ml of water (not boiling), blossom for 4 minutes, plunge and enjoy.

Espresso machine

Refer to manufacturer’s instructions for machine use.
