How to make the perfect coffee at home

French Press
Use 14g of coffee per 220ml of water (not boiling), blossom for 4 minutes, plunge and enjoy.

Espresso machine
Refer to manufacturer’s instructions
for machine use.

Filter
Use 60-70g of ground coffee per litre of water dependent on desired brew strength.

Hot Chocolate
Heat 220ml of milk until hot but not boiling & add 30g (4 heaped teaspoons) of hot chocolate powder. Whisk until smooth and well combined and top with anything you fancy!
