Order processing time
Orders will be processed and shipped the following business day after orders are placed.
Delivery service
Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24 is also available.
You will receive tracking information from Royal Mail which will show when the delivery has been made or attempted.
Delivery charges
Postage and packing will be charged as follows:
- £3.95 per order for Royal Mail Tracked 48
- £4.95 per order for Royal Mail Tracked 24
Gift vouchers as a single order are £1.95 per order.
Free delivery
Orders over £50 will qualify for free delivery via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
